How long does it take to sell my phone with Cash My Tech?
The full process typically takes 2 to 3 working days. Get an instant quote online, ship for free using our prepaid label (1 to 2 days), and we inspect and pay on the same day we receive the device if it arrives before 2pm.
Can I sell a broken or damaged phone?
Yes. We buy iPhones, Samsung Galaxy, and Google Pixel devices in any condition — including cracked screens, water damage, faulty batteries, and devices that will not power on. Select the matching condition when getting your quote for an accurate price.
How much will I get for my phone?
The price depends on model, storage, and condition. Use the instant quote tool to see the exact amount, and your quote is guaranteed for 5 days. If the device arrives in better condition than described we automatically pay you more.
Is my data safe when I sell my phone?
Yes. We recommend you sign out of iCloud or your Google account and factory reset before shipping. Once received, we perform a secure industry-standard data wipe on every device before processing.
How will I receive my payment?
Payment is sent by UK bank transfer. Devices approved before 2pm are paid the same working day. You can also choose PayPal at checkout if you prefer.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. We provide a prepaid postage label by email as soon as you accept your quote. Drop the package at any designated courier location or arrange a free collection.
What if the final offer is different from my quote?
If inspection uncovers a condition difference we send a revised offer with photos and explanation. You have 5 days to accept the new price or ask for a free return of your device.
