Payment Processing Times
- • Same day: If testing is completed before 2 PM
- • Next working day: If testing is done after 2 PM
- • Allow 24+ hours: For money to appear in your account
- • Peak times: Testing may take up to 48 hours
How Payment Works
Device Testing
Once your device arrives, we test it within 24-48 hours (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
Payment Processing
If your device matches the description, payment is processed the same working day (if before 2 PM) or next working day.
Bank Transfer
Money is transferred directly to your bank account. Allow 24+ hours for it to appear (depending on your bank).
Payment Timing Details
Same Day Payment
If your device is tested and approved before 2 PM on a working day, payment will be processed the same day.
Next Day Payment
If testing is completed after 2 PM, payment will be processed the next working day.
Important Payment Information
Bank Details & Delays
- • We are not liable for delays caused by third parties (banks, payment processors)
- • In exceptional cases, fund clearance may take up to 5 business days for some accounts
- • If you enter incorrect payment/bank details, notify us in writing as soon as possible
- • Discrepancies in payment must be reported within 30 days
