Shipping Options

You can send your device using our printed label for tracked 48-hour or 24-hour returns. All shipping is free and includes insurance up to £150.

Prepare Your Device

Remove all accounts (iCloud, Google, Samsung) and perform a factory reset.

  • • Sign out of iCloud/Find My iPhone
  • • Remove Google account
  • • Remove Samsung account
  • • Factory reset the device

Secure Packaging

Use secure packaging materials to protect your device during transit.

  • • Use bubble wrap or protective materials
  • • Place in a sturdy box
  • • You don't need to include accessories (chargers, cables, cases)
  • • Ensure the package is well-sealed

Using Your Label

Take your packaged device to the Post Office with your printed label.

  • • Present the printed label at the Post Office
  • • Do not use a Post Box - take it to the counter
  • • Get proof of postage and tracking information
  • • Keep your receipt until payment is received

Free Shipping

All shipping costs are covered by us. You don't pay anything to send your device to us.

Insurance Included

Your device is automatically insured up to £150 in transit. You can pay extra at the Post Office for higher coverage if needed.

I've Posted My Device - What Happens Next?

Delivery & Processing

Allow 48 hours for your device to reach us. Once delivered, we aim to process (test) within 24-48 hours.

Payment Processing

If testing happens before 2 PM, payment is sent the same day. If after 2 PM, payment will be processed the next working day.

Payment Received

Payment usually reaches your account within 24 hours of processing. If processed after 2 PM on Friday, payment will reach you Monday evening.

Returns & Liability

Return Fees

If you decide to have your device returned (e.g., you decline a revised offer), a return fee of approximately £10.75 applies.

Liability & Insurance

We do not accept liability for lost or damaged items in transit. You must:

  • • Take your package to a Post Office and obtain proof of postage & tracking
  • • Ensure proper packaging and protection
  • • Consider additional insurance for high-value items
  • • Report any issues within claim windows (Royal Mail: 24-48 hours insured, Royal Mail: ~80 days)

Do I need to include accessories?

No, you don't need to include chargers, cables, or cases. Just send the device itself with proper packaging.

How long does delivery take?

Allow 48 hours for your device to reach us. We aim to process and test within 24-48 hours of receipt.

What if my device gets lost in transit?

We're not liable for lost items in transit. However, with proof of postage and tracking, you can make a claim with the postal service. Always get proof of postage when sending your device.

Can I use a different courier?

If you use a courier chosen by a third-party (e.g., via a comparison site), that is outside our liability. We recommend using our provided labels for the best protection and tracking.
