6. "Calendar Day" means a 24-hour day from midnight to midnight; and
7. "you" or "your" means you, the person using the Website and sending a Device to us to be purchased by us as set out in these Terms;

5. Selling Your Devices

1. To sell any Device to us, you must own all rights, title, and interests in the Device that you send to us. The Device must not be stolen or listed with us or a third party as stolen.
2. Ownership and title of any Device will pass to us upon payment to you of the Value for that Device.
3. You warrant that:
   1. You are the legal owner of the Device;
   2. The Device is not stolen, counterfeit, or otherwise illegal;
   3. You have the right to sell the Device to us;
   4. All information you provide about the Device is accurate and complete;
   5. The Device is not subject to any third-party claims or encumbrances.
4. We reserve the right to refuse to purchase any Device that we believe may be stolen, counterfeit, or otherwise illegal.
5. If we discover that a Device is stolen, counterfeit, or otherwise illegal after purchase, we may report this to the relevant authorities and you may be liable for any losses we incur.

6. Pricing and Payment

1. The Value quoted on our Website is an estimate based on the information you provide about your Device.
2. The final Value will be determined after we receive and inspect your Device.
3. We reserve the right to adjust the Value if the Device does not match the condition or specifications you described.
4. Payment will be made to you within 3-5 working days of us confirming the final Value.
5. Payment will be made by bank transfer to the UK bank account you provide.
6. You are responsible for providing accurate bank account details. We are not liable for any delays or losses caused by incorrect bank details.

7. Shipping and Delivery

1. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send your Device to us.
2. You are responsible for packaging your Device securely to prevent damage during transit.
3. We recommend using the original packaging if available, or suitable protective packaging.
4. We are not liable for any damage that occurs during shipping if the Device is not properly packaged.
5. You should retain proof of postage until we confirm receipt of your Device.
6. We will notify you when we receive your Device and begin the inspection process.

8. Device Inspection and Grading

1. Upon receipt of your Device, we will conduct a thorough inspection to verify its condition and specifications.
2. We will compare the actual condition of the Device with the information you provided during the ordering process.
3. If the Device condition differs from what you described, we may adjust the Value accordingly.
4. We will notify you of any adjustments to the Value and provide you with the option to:
   1. Accept the adjusted Value;
   2. Request the Device to be returned to you at your cost; or
   3. Proceed with the sale at the original quoted Value (if applicable).
5. If you do not respond to our notification within 7 days, we will assume you accept the adjusted Value.

9. Cancellation and Returns

1. You may cancel your Sale Order at any time before sending the Device to us.
2. Once you have sent the Device to us, you may still request its return within 7 days of us receiving it, subject to the following conditions:
   1. You must pay the return shipping costs;
   2. The Device must be returned in the same condition as when we received it;
   3. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee of £10 for processing the return.
3. We may cancel your Sale Order if:
   1. The Device is not received within 30 days of you placing the order;
   2. The Device is damaged beyond the condition described;
   3. The Device is not as described or is not the correct model;
   4. We suspect the Device may be stolen or illegal.

10. Limitation of Liability

1. Our liability to you for any loss or damage arising from these Terms or your use of our Website is limited to the Value of the Device you are selling.
2. We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
4. We are not liable for any delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Data Protection
