- • Sale Order: Your completed order to sell your device to us
- • Quoted Price: The price we offer based on your device description
- • Final Price: The actual price paid after testing and inspection
Postage & Packaging Terms
Shipping & Liability
- • We offer various posting options (e.g., Royal Mail Signed 48hr) especially when posting up to 2 devices
- • You must take your package to a Royal Mail Post Office to get proof & tracking
- • We don't accept liability for loss/damage in transit; any compensation depends on what the courier offers
- • You bear responsibility to insure, protect, and package properly
- • If you use a third-party courier, our liability is excluded
- • Courier/postal claims windows: Royal Mail 24-48 hours insured, Royal Mail ~80 days
Payment & Liability Terms
Payment Processing
- • Payment is same working day if processed before 2 PM
- • After 2 PM, payment processed next working day
- • Allow 24+ hours for money to appear in your account
Liability Limitations
- • We are not liable for losses if you supply wrong payment details
- • Any payment issues must be reported within 30 days
- • We're not liable for delays caused by third parties (banks, etc.)

Voucher Code Terms
Voucher codes can be modified or cancelled at any time. Terms and conditions apply to all promotional offers. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify voucher codes without notice.

How to Make a Complaint
If you wish to raise a complaint, please do so by following the instructions below:
- 1. Contact our customer service team first to try to resolve the issue
- 2. If unresolved, submit a formal complaint in writing
- 3. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days of receipt
- 4. We aim to resolve all complaints within 8 weeks
- 5. If you're still not satisfied, you can contact the relevant ombudsman service

If you don't agree with our final offer after testing, you can decline and have your device returned to you. Return shipping costs may apply.

Any payment issues or discrepancies must be reported within 30 days of the expected payment date. After this period, we may not be able to investigate the issue.
